Produktbeschreibung

Characteristics

Optimally coordinated 4 enzyme combinations and high disinfectant power are combined in Actosed ® Enzym . Due to the enzyme complex, the product offers excellent performance in removing organic contaminants such as dried blood, egg whites, mucus, fat and feces. In addition to the cleaning effect, Actosed ® enzyme inactivates bacteria and viruses to reduce the risk of cross-contamination before sterilization or high-level disinfection. It is suitable for everyday use in doctor's offices. Actosed ® Enzyme can be used manually or with an automated processor.

Ready to use

Gloves must be put on before use. Actosed ® Enzym can be used manually, mechanically or in ultrasonic baths. Before manual use, the disinfection tray must be thoroughly cleaned with Actoclean ® liquid and clear water to remove residues of other chemicals, especially those containing aldehyde.

Use the dosing pump to prepare the solution. The water temperature should not exceed 25°C. Dismantle instruments after use and place in the 0.5% working solution for approx. 15 minutes. Make sure that all surfaces and cavities are covered. Finally, remove the instruments from the solution, rinse thoroughly with water and allow to dry. If the solution for use is uncontaminated, it is effective for up to 15 days.

Testing with test sticks! In case of premature contamination, renew the solution. When used by machine, the solution is automatically adopted by the machine. The information provided by the device manufacturer regarding dosage, handling and exposure time is decisive. Acto ® Oil Spray SF or Actoton ® M are recommended for instrument care.

Material compatibility

Actosed ® Enzym is suitable for medical devices made of glass, ceramics, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, aluminum, hard rubber and hard plastics, rubber (including latex and silicone), synthetic materials (including polyacrylate and polycarbonate). KARL STORZ, one of the leading endoscope manufacturers, has tested and approved Actosed ® Enzyme as material-compatible.
