Instructions for use

After brushing your teeth, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water twice a day to remove toothpaste.

Then rinse your mouth with 10 – 15 ml of ACTO ^® Mouthwash for about 30 seconds and then spit it out. Never swallow the product.
