Characteristics

Actoclean ^® Cement is a ready-to-use enzyme-based cleaner that effectively and quickly removes alginate and cement residue from dental instruments made of stainless steel, ceramic, plastic, glass or rubber. It also eliminates phosphate cements, metal oxides, lime and fluxes.

A special combination of enzymes increases the effectiveness of the cleaning process to remove blood and organic residues from instruments. It is also effective in removing rust and corrosion. Inaccessible contamination from instruments can be easily removed with Actoclean ^® Cement . The product does not need to be diluted or activated.

Chemical composition

100 g contains: phosphoric acid; quaternary ammonium compounds; nonionic surfactants; 1 g enzyme mixture (amylase; protease; cellulase; lipase); Corrosion inhibitors and auxiliary materials.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to put on gloves before use. For manual application, add Actoclean ^® Cement to the tub. Place the instruments to be cleaned in the solution. Make sure that all surfaces and cavities are completely wetted. After 5 minutes of exposure, remove the instruments from the solution, rinse and dry. When used in ultrasound machines: Pour solution into the machine and place the instruments inside. Make sure that all surfaces and cavities are completely wetted with the solution. After 3 minutes of exposure, remove the instruments from the solution, rinse and dry. The prepared solution can be used for up to 15 days. The effectiveness of the solution can be checked using test strips.
