Characteristics

Actosed ^® Forte Ready offers high-quality disinfection for endoscopes and medical instruments. It is available as a ready-to-use form. The Actosed ^® Forte Ready solution can be used for up to 15 days.

Actosed ^® Forte Ready can be used manually or with an endoscope washer for high-performance disinfection of flexible and rigid endoscopes, stainless steel surgical instruments including MIS instruments, anesthesia materials and non-heat-resistant medical instruments.

Material compatibility

Actosed ^® Forte Ready is suitable for medical devices made of glass, ceramic, stainless steel, non-ferrous metal, aluminum, hard rubber and hard plastic, rubber (including latex and silicone) or synthetic materials (including polyacrylate and polyacrylate).

Instructions for use

It is recommended to put on protective clothing before use. Actosed ^® Forte Ready is a ready-to-use solution and does not need to be diluted. It can be applied manually or in ultrasound devices.

Before using Actosed ^® Forte Ready, the disinfection trays must be thoroughly cleaned with Actoclean ^® Liquid and clear water to remove any remaining contaminants. Make sure that all surfaces and cavities are completely covered. After 15 minutes (or 60 minutes for spores) exposure time, remove instruments from the solution, rinse thoroughly with water and dry. An uncontaminated solution is effective for up to 15 days. Check effectiveness with test strips! In case of premature contamination, renew the solution. Acto ^® Oil Spray SF or Actoton ^® M are recommended for instrument care.
