Zeigt optimale Effizienz bei kurzer Kontaktzeit und sorgt für eine sichere Verwendung. Dank seiner hohen Reinigungskraft kann es zur Vorreinigung und Desinfektion von medizinischen Instrumenten bei allen Arten von Verunreinigungen eingesetzt werden.
◉ Actosed® PA Powder ist für den täglichen Gebrauch geeignet, und der Wasserstoffperoxidgehalt des Produkts sollte während der Anwendung ständig unter 5 % liegen. Die minimale effektive Konzentration (MEC) des Produkts sollte während der Verwendung mit Teststreifen überprüft werden. Außerdem wird beim Mischen von Actosed Pa-Pulver mit Wasser ein bestimmtes Konzentrationsverhältnis zur Produktmenge erzeugt.

Actosed ^® PA Powder , is a highly effective powder disinfectant containing peracetic acid and is used to disinfect medical instruments and endoscopes. Shows optimal efficiency with short contact time and ensures safe use. Thanks to its high cleaning power, it can be used for the pre-cleaning and disinfection of medical instruments with all types of contamination.

Actosed ^® PA Powder is a product suitable for everyday use. The minimum effective concentration (MEC) should be checked with the test strips throughout the period of use. When Actosed Pa powder is dissolved in water, a concentration ratio to the amount of product is created.

Material compatibility

Actosed ^® PA Powder is a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid. Therefore, proteins oxidize almost immediately. This leads to quick and effective disinfection. Therefore, it is a safe process for instruments. It is suitable for medical devices made of glass, metals, plastics and endoscope materials.

KARL STORZ, one of the leading endoscope manufacturers, has tested and approved Actosed ^® PA Powder as material-compatible.

Instructions for use

Put on protective clothing and protective gloves before use. Fill tap water into a disinfection tray, add Actosed ^® PA Powder depending on the amount of water and mix until a bluish discoloration becomes visible. This creates peracetic acid. The recommended usage concentration is 1.62% (16.2 g Actosed® PA Powder per 1 liter of water). Before using it on endoscopes, make sure that the powder has completely dissolved. Disassemble the instruments and place them in the working solution for 5 – 10 minutes. Make sure that all surfaces and cavities are completely covered. After disinfection, remove instruments from the solution, rinse thoroughly with water and allow to dry. The prepared working solution is effective for up to 24 hours. It should then be renewed.
